Policies

By booking a place at the event, you will agree to:

  • Abide by Profound Decisions' code of conduct

  • Abide by the Eversley Gunman Airsoft site rules - there will be a mandatory safety brief that all crew and players must attend prior to time-in

  • Abide by all the additional rules and regulations of Calvary's End:

    • Absolutely no head-hits. A genuine accident is fine. But if a player or crew is seen to be repeatedly hitting attendees in the head you will be removed from the game and site. This is regardless of armour or costume.

    • Bow brief & Safety and Weapons Check - some of this event will take place in an unmanaged woodland area, with poor lighting, special effects and high-levels of stress. To ensure player and crew safety, every weapon, bow, arrow, etc. must pass a weapons check which will be conducted on site prior to time-in. This is mandatory.

    • White light vs. Red Light. Players cannot use red light, a red light is a crew light and cannot be seen In Character. White light can be used by player or crew and is perceptible by everyone IC. If for accessibility reasons you would benefit from a red light, please get in touch with the Game Team.

    • Content Warnings and Safeguarding. Due to the nature and content of this game, the game runners have included several safe-guarding and de-escelation processes for players to be aware of and follow: HERE

    • If you are no longer able to attend the event you are welcome to sell your ticket on. Please contact the Game Team so we are aware of the change of details.

    • Virtuous Productions and WyldeHeart Games reserves the right to refuse booking to any individual.

    • Virtuous Productions and WyldeHeart Games reserves the right to expel any individual from the event. You will not receive a refund if you are expelled from the event.

    • Anyone who deliberately breaks the rules will be expelled and barred from future Virtuous Productions events.
