By booking a place at the event, you will agree to:

  • Abide by Profound Decisions' code of conduct - the space should be large enough for "must avoids" to be in place, but if there are any concerns please contact the Virtuous Productions Team.​

  • Abide by all the additional rules and regulations of History & Virtue: 

    • History & Virtue reserves the right to refuse booking to any individual.

    • History & Virtue reserves the right to expel any individual from the event. Your booking fee will not be returned if you are expelled from the event.

    • Anyone who deliberately breaks the rules will be expelled and barred from future events.

    • You are welcome to sell your ticket on if you are no longer able to attend the event. Please contact the Virtuous Productions Team so they can be made aware of the change in details.

The Event itself:

​Due to the UNESCO World Heritage status of the venue, extra precautions will be taking place throughout the evening to ensure the safety of the historical building.

  • All physical fighting (IC or otherwise) is strictly prohibited.

  • Any unsafe or inappropriate manner will result in expulsion from the event without refund.

  • No swimming, paddling or drinking the water from the Great Bath.

  • No metal weapons may be brought to the event.

  • No animals may be brought to the event, with the exception of Guide Dogs.

  • No radio transmitting equipment, frequency scanners or pyrotechnics may be brought to the event.

  • Virtuous Productions will not be held liable for any loss or damage to your person or property at an event.

  • Additional site rules may be in force at the event; these will be stated prior to the start of the event.

  • Any catering provided by Searcys will endeavour to be as allergen-free as possible, attendees should include any allergies in the booking form.

 

If before, during or after the event you have concerns or complaints about your treatment by another player, please contact a member of the Virtuous Productions: History & Virtue team (either Scarlett Hayler-King or James Dennis - Exarch Luke and Brother Enoch of the Navigators of Virtue ).

 

Children
